COACHING
Coaching is a developmental tool based on meaningful conversations between a coach and a client that inspire them to step out of their comfort zones and take initial steps towards what they want to do and be. In collaboration with certified experts, we can offer clients individual and team coaching services.
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching is a form of individual development that can be applied to various developmental challenges. We distinguish coaching focused on improving skills and work performance (skills & performance coaching), developmental coaching that prepares individuals for their current or future positions, and transformative coaching that helps individuals address broader personal challenges.
Common topics people often enter coaching with include:
- How to position oneself in the organization and the team?
- How to handle difficult conversations?
- What truly drives me in my work and life?
- How to meet increasing demands from people while controlling costs and achieving goals?
- What is the balance between my personal and professional life, and how far am I from it?
- Where and how to proceed further – professionally or personally…?
- How to build one’s personal influence in the organization?
- And more
The process of discovering and understanding what truly matters to clients and which hidden beliefs and behaviors affect their achievements is an integral part of every coaching journey. This process is applicable in decision-making, conducting difficult conversations, deciding to stay or leave a job or relationship. My role as a coach is to make my entire private and professional experience available to help the client achieve their goal.
Individual coaching is typically contracted as a package of individual sessions with clearly defined goals to be achieved.
Team Coaching
Teamwork, proactive relationship building, and synergy among team members and their stakeholders are the only way to continuously achieve organizational goals.
How do we turn a group of individuals into a team like Real Madrid’s soccer team?
Through the team coaching process, we help organizations’ teams understand and embrace their goals, collaborate effectively, leverage their differences in achieving goals, and manage relationships with all stakeholders (shareholders, management, employees, customers, suppliers, regulators, etc.). The goal of every team is to achieve an output that is greater than the sum of individual inputs – to achieve cohesion where the collective result is something no individual could accomplish on their own.
Examples of projects within team coaching:
- Defining the working methods, processes, and relationships within a newly formed team
- Assisting a newly appointed leader and team in addressing organizational challenges after years of poor results and high turnover
- Working with the team on collectively taking responsibility for business results and the company’s atmosphere
- Assisting the team in managing relationships with key stakeholders and principals
- Working with the team to improve interpersonal relationships and define the team’s organizational structure and processes
- Defining the vision, mission, and values of the organization with the leadership team
- Working with the leadership team over time to increase efficiency and improve results
Team coaching is typically contracted as a package of consulting days, which includes individual and team coaching, working with the team leader and team members both as a group and individually, workshops, observation of team meetings, and more.
TEAM ASSESSMENT - ASSESSMENT CENTER
In order to gain a better understanding of the success of your teams and identify areas where teams need strengthening, we also offer a team assessment service.
The team assessment and development service includes defining and elaborating on the following points:
- Number of participants
- Number of competencies under observation
- Creating a competency model with defined behaviors if one does not exist
- Defining the number of exercises for assessing competencies
- Defining the format of reports as per the client’s preferences
- Defining the number of psychometric tools to be used in the assessment process
- Individual or group recommendations after the process
- Involvement of client representatives as assessors and the necessary education
The team assessment process involves working with each individual in the team who goes through the Assessment and Development Center and should be observed by at least two assessors. Typically, two pairs of assessors are involved, and participants alternate between them, with one pair conducting one exercise and the other pair conducting the next. This ensures the objectivity of the assessment process.
After defining these points by the client and conducting discussions with experts to ensure assessors have a high-quality understanding of the client’s needs, the final price of the service will be determined.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
With the aim of expanding talent profiles, this service helps clients define talents and their career paths. Here’s a proposed plan for key events in the Talent and Succession Management process:
1-on-1 Meetings – Feedback dialogue between leaders and employees about goals, feedback, development based on performance, potential, and career aspirations.
People Days – Leadership team discussions about performance and potential, development and career plans for key talents, succession planning, rewards, and promotions.
- Surveys (Data Collection) – Short, regular surveys on engagement and performance indicators.
- Leader Assessments (Talent Identification) – Utilizing methods like 360 Feedback for identifying talents.
- Applied Analytics of Results – Using the results to plan HR activities and projects.
- Development – Ongoing communication and training to support leaders and employees.
This plan outlines a structured approach to talent management, from individual feedback and development to strategic discussions about talent and succession planning within the organization. It also emphasizes the importance of data collection and analysis to inform HR activities and initiatives.
We are proud of our collaboration with leading companies in Croatia and the region in the creation and implementation of InHouse educational programs.
